Say Yes to Fried Rice ~ Nasi Goreng

Bonjour!
This time I will share another super easy recipe for your lunch box. In Indonesia, we usually eat this for breakfast. But people from another country love it too. We proud to present............ Nasi goreng! So let move to our secret recipe ;)




Ingredients:
4 cups cooked rice
2 eggs
salt
blackpepper
1 tbsp chili powder
1 clove garlic, crushed
3 tbsp cooking oil
2 medium onions, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce ( I prefer to use ketchup)
Chicken, sausages, frozen vegetables, shrimp (optional ingredient)


How to:
  1. Add oil and fry onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the shrimp (ootional ingeredient) and season with salt, chili, soy sauce, and pepper. Saute. Add celery and soy sauce. Saute again. Set aside..
  2. Beat the eggs. Heat a skillet and grease it with a few drops of oil. Make this omelets. Put aside to use as garnish.
  3. Heat one tablespoon oil in a heavy frying pan over medium high heat Stir fry the rice for 5 minutes, add seasonings
  4. Garnish with sliced omelet and onion flakes.
